Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Assembler Technician for a company in Irvine, CA.
We are ONLY seeking candidates who can start Full-Time IMMEDIATELY (we will NOT accept any applicants who require a 2-week notice).
Location: Fully onsite in Irvine, CA
Job Type: Temp-To-Hire (will transition to permanent employment upon completion of hours)
Pay Rate: $21 - $23/hour (Temp-to-Hire)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team on a Temp-to-Hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical background, experience with Excel, and possess strong problem-solving skills. This role involves assembling components, performing quality checks, and troubleshooting errors to ensure smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical or electronic components according to specifications.
Perform visual inspections and functional tests to ensure product quality.
Troubleshoot issues using error messages or system alerts and take corrective actions.
Accurately enter production and inspection data into Excel and internal systems.
Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
Required:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general data entry.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
Ability to interpret and respond to error messages and perform basic troubleshooting.
Preferred:
Mechanical aptitude or prior experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing.
